Spam Fried Rice with a fried egg on top.
Are you a regular Spam eater?
I first ate spam here at Milkfish. Most people don’t eat it.
They think of it as a thing you would donate during a Thanksgiving canned food drive, or save up in your hurricane shelter.
But after World War II, we sent it overseas and obviously the Philippinos have been able to turn it into a delicacy.
Do you eat here often?
Yah, I eat here often, it’s walking distance from my house and studio, where I just finished my latest record called Rough, Dumb, Crazy, Sad & Blue.
